    Great tag. Had to listen again to take it all in. Some down times by the sounds, but it’s gotta go up. The medi may not be 4eva. I was diagnosed with graves. Lost sheeeet loads of weight. Psyched out completely. Felt like I was peaking constantly. Doc put me on the tabs, it evened out again, and now I’m off them and feeling fine. Still have the occassional heart palpitation and freak-out mo, but it’s all just part of living. Get some vitamin D, and plenty of it. Really helps. Life’s too short for haters and hating. Luv urself n others, and it will come back in spades.

    Ive been watching all these rappertags since my man Dedlee killed it with his showmanship. I was real pleased to see Delta do his thing and Hau was tight too. Why do these guys never get mentioned when people are talking about skills??
